    Visiting our site does not imply the automatic registration of personal data.
    ‘Personal data’ includes an identified individuals data or identification, for example

    Neuroloulé employs sufficient technological and organisational methods to ensure your data is protected from any unauthorised access or accidental or deliberate manipulation.
    However, we kindly ask you to note that, with any internet communication (for example by email), security problems can arise. The complete protection of data from third parties is therefore not possible to guarantee.



    When do we record your personal data?

    Your personal data is registered by you directly onto our site, for example when you register for a consultation, request a prescription or ask for any other type of information or service. In the case of legal representatives, for example in the case of children or people without capacity, the legal representative can provide the personal data of the other person.  It is not possible to make appointments, or give prescriptions without first registering personal data.

    The personal data we collect are only stored for the duration of the period of time necessary for provision of the service, and will be deleted when expired.
    The data is only used for the stated purpose, and never to any other end. Whenever it is necessary to store personal data for a prolonged period, it will be stored on software licensed for the processing of medical data.

    Other data is automatically recorded by Google Analytics or cookies when you visit our site. These details are predominantly technical in nature, for example which browser has been used, the time and duration of the visit, geographical region of the user. This analysis can be avoided by not using particular IT tools.

    Anyone has the right that their personal data, which we collect with their consent, will be sent to them at any time in an appropriate format.
