Utilizamos um m\u00e9todo de entrevista n\u00e3o estruturado, procurando ir de encontro aos sintomas e preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es individuais de cada caso, eventualmente com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de testes ou escalas que julguemos necess\u00e1rios, de modo a obtermos uma aproxima\u00e7\u00e3o diagn\u00f3stica e uma vis\u00e3o dos problemas e da sua implica\u00e7\u00e3o na vida di\u00e1ria o mais cuidadas poss\u00edvel. A partir daqui trabalhamos com o doente um plano de tratamento individual (e eventualmente de m\u00e9todos de diagn\u00f3stico adicionais), que poder\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m envolver a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de outros membros da equipa, do modo que acharmos mais conveniente e efectivo.<\/p><p>O nosso objectivo \u00e9 proporcionar desde logo um al\u00edvio r\u00e1pido, enquanto lan\u00e7amos as bases para um tratamento que permita optimizar e manter as melhorias no longo prazo.
